Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed containing your order number. When receiving this email, please confirm that the address is correct as we are unable to make changes once the order has processed. Orders can take up to 3 days to be shipped. In most cases, your order will ship sooner than that. However, due to inventory levels or demand, it may take a longer or shorter amount of time.

Order Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Occasionally, tracking numbers will not work until the next business day. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, and monogrammed/personalized items).

Where We Ship

We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses when they have a US zip code. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping is offered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rush options and international shipping is currently unavailable due to operational complexity.

Taxes

When applicable, sales tax will be charged on merchandise total according to the state destination and will be itemized on the order summary email.

Return Policy

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact support@pearlbutter.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and include the order number in the email body.

Items must be unopened in order to be eligible for return. If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.

Receiving a Refund

All online refunds will be given in the form of online credit minus shipping costs.
